Sir Mick Jagger has hit back at claims that he tried to hit on Katy Perry when she was just an 18-year-old backup vocalist.
Earlier, the 'Roar' hit maker had alleged at an Australian radio station that the duo had gone for dinner around the time she worked on one of his songs, when he tried to romance her, the Mirror reported.
However, a spokesperson for the 70-year-old singer said in a statement that Jagger, categorically, denies that he has ever made a pass at Perry.
The rep added that perhaps the brunette beauty is confusing Jagger with someone else.
