'Teen Bride' Courtney Stodden's 'dresses up scantily' for red carpet event

Courtney Stodden was very close to being arrested for indecent exposure at the 2013 Eagle and Badge Gala

The 19-year-old TV personality, in her first red carpet appearance since her split with husband Doug Hutchison, donned a black mini-mini skirt and black cleavage-baring top to the function, Radar Online reported.

Stodden, who didn't make the guest list, proudly posed with a cop's cycle on the carpet and was seen without her wedding ring.
