The Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) affiliated Jamaat-ul-Ahrar (JA) that claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing on the Wagah border this week has threatened India saying that "if we can attack this side, the other side could also be attacked".

TTP-JA spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan said in a tweet in Urdu language that the group was determined to attack both sides across the border, reported Dawn.

The group also said that the attack was an open message to Indian and Pakistan.

At least 60 Pakistanis were killed in the attack on Sunday as the suicide bomber tried to get as close as possible to the border.

Almost 110 people had been injured in the attack and the victims included 10 women and seven children.
