Two police personnel, three insurgents killed in Afghanistan's Paktika clashes

At least two policemen and three Taliban insurgents were killed in fierce clashes in Afghanistan's south-eastern Paktika province late on Monday.

The clash took place in Mata Khan district, close to Sharan, when Taliban insurgents attacked a police outpost, reports Tolo News.

In addition, three other police personnel and four Taliban insurgents were injured.
