According to documents, the former Miss America has been slapped with a 369,249.89 dollars lien, the New York Post reported.

The tax battle of the 51-year-old "Ugly Betty" and "Desperate Housewives" star, who lives in Chappaqua, stems from her 2011 personal income tax return and her alleged failure to pay off an IRS assessment issued in November, 2012.
