Adani Transmission CFO resigns
With effect from 02 February 2021
Adani Transmission announced that Kaushal G. Shah has resigned from the statutory position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the closure of official hours on 2 February 2021.In line with Adani Group Policy, Kaushal Shah has been offered with CFO responsibilities of other group Company.
