Aditya Birla Capital allots 1.08 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1.08 lakh equity shares under ESOS.

Consequent to this allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 23,13,02,43,520 (i.e. 2,31,30,24,352 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 23,13,13,23,520 (i.e. 2,31,31,32,352 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each).
