Aditya Birla Capital allots 21,308 equity shares

Under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 21,308 Equity Shares pursuant to ABCL Incentive Scheme for Stock Options and Restricted Stock Units - 2017.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 22,01,37,43,810 (i.e. 2,20,13,74,381 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 22,01,39,56,890 (i.e. 2,20,13,95,689 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each).
