Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail allots 5,843 equity shares

Under ESOP

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 5,843 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each ('said shares') pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options under the ESOS-2013. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 7,71,71,68,160 (i.e. 77,17,16,816 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 7,71,72,26,590 (i.e. 77,17,22,659 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).
