Aditya Birla Nuvo allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Aditya Birla Nuvo announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, have approved allotment of 2,298 (Two Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Eight ) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 2,298 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130133885 to 130136183 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 130,13,61,830/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Thirteen Lakh Sixty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty).
