Aimco Pesticides announces change in company secretary

With effect from 11 April 2015

Aimco Pesticides announced that Hitesh Jain has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 01 March 2015. However, Hitesh Jain has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 28 March 2015 and Chetan Parajapati, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 11 April 2015.
