Allcargo Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the company have appointed Parthasarathy Vankipuram Srinivasa (DIN: 00125299) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a tenure of 2 years with effect from 11 May 2021, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
