Astral consolidated net profit rises 241.68% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 79.33% to Rs 1127.80 crore

Net profit of Astral rose 241.68% to Rs 174.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 51.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 79.33% to Rs 1127.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 628.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 63.13% to Rs 404.40 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 247.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 23.21% to Rs 3176.30 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2577.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
