Axis Bank allots 39,750 equity shares
Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 39,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 23.07.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,59,01,972 (256,79,50,986 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,59,81,112 (256,79,90,556 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
