Board of Tiaan Ayurvedic & Herbs approves preferential allotment of 20.63 lakh shares

At meeting held on 23 July 2018

The Board of Tiaan Ayurvedic & Herbs has considered and approved allocation on preferential basis 20,63,000(Twenty Lakh Sixty Three Thousand) fully paid-up equity shares at Rs 18.69/-(Eighteen Rupees Sixty Nine Paisa only) per Equity Share i.e. face value of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only) per equity share, for cash, at a Premium of Rs 8.69/- (Eight Rupees Sixty Nine Paisa Only) per equity share, aggregating up to Rs 3,85,57,470/- (Rupees Three Crore Eighty Five Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Only).
