Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 3,65,835 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 15 December 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,46,04,696 (2,36,23,02,348 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,53,36,366 (2,36,26,68,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
