Bajaj Finserve transfers 100% shares of Bajaj Financial Solutions

Bajaj Finserve announced that on 01 November 2014, the Company has transferred by way of sale of 100% shares of Bajaj Financial Solutions (together with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bajaj Financial Securities), for a consideration of Rs 17 crore, on an arm's length basis, to its subsidiary company, Bajaj Finance, to facilitate Bajaj Finance promote the business of housing finance.
