Bandhan Bank allots 9,698 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 9,698 equity shares under ESOP. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital stands increased from Rs. 1610,70,39,000 /- comprising of 161,07,03,900 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,71,35,980 /- comprising of 161,07,13,598 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paidup.
