Bank of Baroda announces appointment of director

With effect from 19 September 2014

Bank of Baroda announced that the Central Government after consultation with Reserve Bank of India vide their Notification dated 19 September 2014, has appointed Prem Kumar Makkar, as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda for a period of three years, from the date of notification of his appointment or until he ceases to be an officer of the Bank of Baroda, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
