Birla Cable standalone net profit rises 326.32% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 51.06% to Rs 114.26 crore

Net profit of Birla Cable rose 326.32% to Rs 8.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 51.06% to Rs 114.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 75.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 384.38% to Rs 16.13 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 53.99% to Rs 325.05 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 211.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
