The Board of Aarnav Fashions at its meeting held on 23 January 2021 has approved a scheme of arrangement providing for amalgamation of Gopi Synthetics (transferor company 1), Aamav Synthetics (transferor company 2), Aamav Textile Mills (transferor company 3), Symbolic Finance and Investment (transferor company 4) and Ankush Motor and General Finance Company (transferor company 5) with the company Aamav Fashions (transferee company).
