Board of Akzo Nobel India appoints Interim CFO

With effect from 01 October 2021

The Board of Akzo Nobel India approved the appointment of Harshi Rastogi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also as the Interim Chief Financial Officer (Interim CFO) and Whole Time Director of the Company, effective from 1 October 2021 to hold office till a new person is appointed to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of Lakshay Kataria as CFO and Whole Time Director of the Company.
