At meeting held on 06 February 2016
AstraZeneca Pharma India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2016, inter alia, has considered the following:1. The Board noted the resignation of Justin Ooi as Director of the Company, effective 11 January 2016.
2. The Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Sanjay Murdeshwar as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years, to be effective from 02 May 2016.
