Bangalore Fort Farms announced that the board of Directors of the Company has approved the following change in directors at meeting held on 02 December 2016.Accepted resignation of Alok Chaturvedi as Director and Suvobrata Ganguly as Independent Director with effect from 02 December 2016.
Approved appointment of S V Ramani and Shanta Ghosh as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from 02 December 2016.
