Board of Bharti Infratel recommends dividend

Bharti Infratel announced that, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 24 April 2014 has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs 4.40 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2013-14.
