Board of Cigniti Technologies considers closure of two subsidiaries
At meeting held on 21 May 2018
The Board of Cigniti Technologies approved the following -Writing off investment in Cigniti Software Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company due to inactivity.
The Board also approved the closure of Cigniti Technologies (New Zealand), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
