Board of Credit Analysis and Research appoints directors

At meeting held on 06 October 2014

Credit Analysis and Research announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 October 2014, appointed S. Ananthakrishnan and B. S. Keshava Murthy as additional directors (Non-Executive Directors) of the Company till the next Annual General Meeting and subject to the approval of the members at the next Annual General Meeting be appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
