Board of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical to consider raising upto Rs 300 cr via debt issue

The Board of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical will meet on 07 May 2020 to consider a proposal to raise funds by way of issuance of securities including but not limited to secured/unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures under Private Placement basis upto Rs. 300 crore within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.
