Board of Elnet Technologies approves closure of subsidiary

At meeting held on 30 October 2015

Elnet Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015 has approved the closure of its wholly owned Subsidiary Elnet Software City, since the company had remained non-operative from its inception, due to the proposal for which the company was incorporated did not materialize.
