Global Offshore Services announces resignation of Managing Director

Global Offshore Services announced that Aditya A Garware has vide his letter dt. 30 October 2015 tendered his resignation as Managing Director of the Company for personal reasons. He has also requested the Board of Directors to relieve him as Managing Director at the earliest and waive the Notice period.

Further he has expressed that, if acceptable to the Board of Directors, he will continue to serve as a Board Member and act as Vice Chairman of the Company.

He has also offered to provide his service to the Company on a consultancy basis.

The Company will convene a Meeting of the Board of Directors at the earliest and decide the further course of action in the matter.
