Board of Essar Shipping approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 14 August 2015

Essar Shipping announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :

1. Accepted resignation of Hitesh Kumar Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 14 August 2015; and

2. Appointed Awaneesh Srivastava as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 15 August 2015.
