Board of Federal Bank approves change in company secretary
At meeting held on 16 November 2019
The Board of Federal Bank on 16 November 2019 has appointed Samir Pravinbhai Rajdev as Wholetime Company Secretary of the Bank and designated him as Compliance Officer and Key Managerial personnel of the Bank w.e.f. 01 December 2019 in place of Girish Kumar Ganapathy who will retire on 30 November 2019.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
