Board of GOCL Corporation approves fund raising up to US 100 mn

The Board of GOCL Corporation at its meeting held on 12 August 2021 has approved to seek an enabling resolution of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company for raising of further capital/ resource in the form of debt, convertible debt or equity by way of various means such as QIPs, issue of ADRs/ GDRs etc up to USD 100 million or its INR equivalent.
