Board of Granules India approves hike in FII/ FPI investment limit to 49%
At meeting held on 05 July 2017
Granules India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 July 2017 approved to increase the FII / FPI shareholding in the Company to 49% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders.
