Gujarat State Petronet announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 September 2016, inter alia:- Board approved allotment of 43595 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,63,42,29,800 to Rs. 5,63,46,65,750.
