The Board of Indraprastha Medical Corporation at its meeting held on 07 April 2021 has appointed Udit Prakash Rai (DIN: 07573658) as an Additional Director (Nominee Director of Govt. of NCT of Delhi) of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 7 April 2021.

The Board also appointed Vikram Bhat (DIN: 09076418) as an Additional Director (Nominee Director of Govt. of NCT of Delhi) of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 7 April 2021.
