Board of Ircon International approves inclusion of renewable energy in object clause

The Board of Ircon International at its meeting held on 24 August 2021 considering the emerging opportunities in the renewal energy, has approved the amendment in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by incorporating the renewable energy & associated systems including solar, hydel and other sources.
