Board of Karur Vysya Bank allots equity shares under ESOS

At meeeting held on 05 January 2015

Karur Vysya Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 05 January 2015, has allotted 80,230 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of the bank under KVBESOS 2011 consequent to the exercise of stock options by them.
