At meeting held on 12 October 2018
Kitex Garments announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 October 2018 has approved incorporation of 4 Wholly owned Subsidiaries (WoS) of the Company with an investment of Rs. 10 lakhs each constituting Rs. 40 lakhs. The Company has incorporated a Wholly owned Subsidiary viz., Kitex Littlewear and other WoS company incorporation is underway.
