Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank appoints interim MD & CEO

At meeting held on 31 December 2019

Lakshmi Vilas Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 31 December 2019 have co-opted S Sundar as Additional Director of the Bank and also appointed him as Interim Managing Director & CEO (Whole Time Director) of the Bank with effect from 01 January 01, 2020 to 30 April 2020 or till regular MD & CEO assumes charge, whichever is earlier.
