Maan Aluminium announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, has been taken on record the Resolution passed by circulation on 29 September 2014 for Resignation of Six Additional Directors as follows: Abhinav Jain, Sunil Jain, Ankur Jain, Sachit Jain, Shailesh Surendra Choksi and Kavish Shailesh Choksi.
