Board of Maharashtra Seamless announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 07 March 2015

Maharashtra Seamless announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 March 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of D. P. Jindal as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 01 April 2015, subject to the requisite approvals.

2. Re-appointment of Saket Jindal as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 01 April 2015, subject to the requisite approvals.
