Board of Metalyst Forgings appoints Managing Director

With effect from 03 November 2015

Metalyst Forgings announced that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed John Ernest Flintham, as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 03 November 2015.

Further, S. Rajagopalan has resigned from the position of Whole Time Director of the Company.
