At meeting held on 06 August 2021

The Board of Metropolis Healthcare at its meeting held on 06 August 2021 approved the appointment of Simmi Singh Bisht having Membership Number ACS 23360 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (designated as Head - Legal and Secretarial) with effect from 06 August 2021 and took note of the cessation of Danish Allana as the Interim Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 06 August 2021.
