Board of NESCO appoints company secretary and compliance officer

At meeting held on 03 August 2015

NESCO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 August 2015, inter alia, has approved:

1. Appointment of Ashok R. Yadav as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.

2. Appointment of Ashok R. Yadav as Compliance Officer, under clause 47 of the Listing Agreements. in place of Dipesh R. Singhania w.e.f. 03 August 2015.
