The Board of Niraj Cement Structurals at its meeting held on 07 January 2020 has approved the allotment of 2,15,00,000 warrants at a price of Rs. 16 per warrant, convertible into 2,15,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, on preferential basis, to the promoter/promoter group and others.
