At meeting held on 12 February 2015

Nitin Fire Protection Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business:

1. Resignation of Abhishek Shrivastava as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company; and

2. Appointment of Hemangi Patil as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
