Board of Power Grid Corporation of India recommends dividend

Power Grid Corporation of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 March 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.69 per equity Share (i.e. 6.9%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
