Puravankara Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated 21 March 2016 has appointed Dr. Suchitra Kaul Misra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Woman Director) of the Company with effect from 21 March 2016.
