Board of R M Mohite Industries appoints company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 10 April 2015

R M Mohite Industries announced that Ashvini Prataprao Kalekar, Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 10 April 2015 in order to fill casual vacancy caused by previous Company Secretary.
